
Julie Nethersole is the founder and managing attorney of DK Law Group, PLLC, where she leads with a commitment to effective representation and personalized service.
A seasoned litigation attorney, Julie has spent the majority of her legal career in the courtroom, first-chairing over one hundred bench trials and jury trials in Florida state courts. She has also argued at dozens of evidentiary and summary judgment hearings, earning a reputation for precision, poise, and results-driven advocacy.
Before launching DK Law Group, for more than four years, Julie served as a Senior Associate General Counsel and later Senior Managing Attorney General Counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. In her role as in-house counsel, she defended first-party residential property lawsuits, gaining invaluable insight into insurance litigation from the inside out—experience she now leverages to fiercely protect the rights of policy holders and injured clients.
Julie’s practice spans civil litigation, insurance disputes, real estate law, wills and trusts, and trademark protection. Her bilingual fluency in Spanish and her Dominican heritage enrich her ability to connect with diverse clients and communities. She is a passionate advocate for equity and access to justice and previously served as President of the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association.
Julie earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of the Nova Law Review. She began her legal career in 2012 and continues to champion her clients with integrity, strategy, and heart.
